Explanation with Reference to the Context

Stanza
What is this life if full of care
We have no time to stand and stare?
No time to stand beneath the boughs
And stare as long as sheep or cows:
No time to see, in broad day light,
Streams full of stars like skies at night:
No time to turn at beauty’s glance,
And watch her feet, how they can dance:
No time to wait till her mouth can
Enrich that smile, her eyes began;
A poor life this, if full of care,
We have no time to stand and stare

Explanation

In the given lines, the poet says that Allah Almighty has created so many things for us to enjoy. We can get a lot of enjoyment and recreation by enjoying the beauty of nature around us. We can enjoy soothing shadows under beautiful trees. The ripple clear water of the streams in the sunshine presents the starry face of the sky. The beauty of nature is always dancing around us with charming smiles and twinkling eyes. But we are too unlucky to enjoy all this.
